Office Manager Position
Job Title: Office Manager | Reports To: Lead Pastor
Mt. Comfort United Methodist Church (3179 N. 600 W. Greenfield, IN 46140) is seeking to hire an Office Manager; this less-than-full-time, salaried position will be expected to work approximately 30 hours per week between the hours of 9am-3pm, Monday-Friday. The Office Manager will have both administrative assistant and bookkeeping responsibilities.
An ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, communicate effectively, be highly organized, and a self-starter. Candidates should be proficient in both Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. This position will assist a variety of ministry leaders and be a welcoming presence to the church; therefore, candidates should be grounded in the faith of Christ, carry themselves with a professional presence, and recognize the importance of hospitality. Salary range is $25,000-$30,000 depending on experience and skill-set, no benefits.
