WebJun 15, 2010 · Flycom I've used one for the last three years or so and wouldn't use anything else - the noise reduction is far superior to a conventional helmet / headset for open cockpit use. I've also fitted a Headsets Inc aftermarket ANR kit to mine - though not sure whether that would be necessary in a closed cockpit. WebCompatible with Flycom system. The helmet system has an integral headset. The headset consists of a set of ear defenders built into the helmet lining. The headset is terminated to a stereo jack plug that will connect to a Flycom intercom box. You can mix and match a Flycom and a MicroAvionics Flycom compatible headset.
