Use health/armor/shield defense (that even consume mods and mod slots) and surviving to level 250 enemies take WAY more skill and strategy and is way more fun also. Having to actually use operator in the gameplay to survive, it is FUN.

Its costly, weapons need not only have status but decent attack speed, and even then enemies need to not die in 1 or 2 hits to get any real healing. It is now useless when you have the operator heals and healing return.
