I am running 4.0.7 against a DB2 table on MVS. The fetch all data button is inoperative, as is the right-click menu option Navigate -> Fetch All Data.

Normally you set a time interval (I have mine set to 30 min), so mail will request updates (or Fetch them) from the email servers I use every 30 minutes.
